I have been part of YLN right from the word go. The quality of supplementary education provision, the involvement of parents and the dedication of the teachers are mind blowing. I have seen low ability students transform to become top students of their school. This is because at YLN, the success of a student is the focus of the collective responsibility all stake holders. I see YLN as a family rather than an organisation. This is largely due to the dedication of the founder, Kwame Ocloo.

YLN does not only provide supplementary education to students, it works hand-in-hand with various local schools to identify causes of poor academic performance and finding ways to support students both at home and the YLN centre. Through YLN programs, many students who have been excluded from their respective schools have been reinstated, while others have been placed in other schools. Our students produce very good GCSE results both at O and A levels. I feel privilege to be part of YLN.
